"My car lost a tire on Hwy 99 this afternoon and I had to pull over. It was a pretty stressful experience. I called my insurance company and they dispatched a towing vehicle through a contractor company; after an hour they called and said they’re canceling. I got in touch with the insurance company, Travelers, if anyone is interested and they dispatched a second towing contractor. After about an hour they also canceled! I took the matter in my own hand and called a few companies, luckily Jim answered and said he’d be there in the next 15-20 minutes. He showed up on time, took me to a nearby tire shop and dropped me off. He said that get your car fixed and pay me when you get back home! I was pleasantly shocked. Who does that? I’ve rarely met anyone who would do it for anyone. This level of customer service is beyond imagination. I paid him and the least I can do is to share this wonderful experience with you all.
