"I had a mobility ramp dumped at the end of my driveway. A MOBILITY RAMP on a pallet. Was told they would ring the doorbell, so I could have them put the item close to the garage. The didn't do this, and left a MOBILITY RAMP at the end of the driveway. We contacted dispatch and was told they would be back in about an hour and take care of it. It is now 8 hours later, and the MOBILITY RAMP still sits there. Guys, do you get that you left a MOBILITY, again MOBLITY RAMP at the end of a driveway? Think that through. Now I have to find someone to move the MOBILITY RAMP off the end of the driveway before it is picked up by someone thinking "their trash, my treasure". Absolutely unacceptable."

"Super annoying that the delivery a-hole just left my item dumped in my driveway. Not sure how I will be getting the item in my garage but I guess I will have to figure that out now. I usually tip because I know this job is exhausting but for future deliveries I will make sure I put that extra to avoid this company at all costs!"

"Thanks to the Sunday lift operations who unloaded me fast. The 2 stars is for you guys. I permanently lowered my expectations for mankind to avoid disappointment! Permission granted, After securing the doors on my trailer I parked it in far back line and proceeded to do laundry, grocery and post office business. Returned in morning hooked up and pulled out the driveway and my doors were swinging. Not only did someone open my trailer I assume for inspection but they didn't fasten them back closed but just pushed them. Whoever you are you could have damaged my reputation, caused property damage and possibly killed or injured someone. When you know better you do better."

"Unfortunately did not have a choice of who our carrier was, but will make sure to know ahead of time for any future deliveries - it won’t be R&L. Our order was scheduled for delivery on a Tuesday. My husband received a call from the driver on the Monday before that saying he had come to deliver but no one was on-site so he left. My husband told him he was on his way, and that we received no notice of the delivery being changed to Monday. The driver got upset but told my husband he would turn around and be there in an hour. During this time, I called R&L to find out what always going on. The person I spoke to contacted the driver, then told me he had made the delivery - turns out he dropped it at our gate before he lied to my husband that he was turning back around. As a side note, the item being delivered was an extremely heavy bathtub that would require machinery to move. It was left basically on the side of the road, and roughly 250 yards from our property where it would be stored. When I asked the person at R&L why the driver would just leave it as other carriers take the time to both properly deliver items to our location and also allow us time to properly inspect deliveries before they are left - her response was “well, you can’t expect the driver to wait an hour for your husband to get there”. Well, how about you deliver the item on the day it was agreed upon? We had taken time off from our jobs on Tuesday to ensure someone was home but instead had to deal with this mess. Communication and customer service are about on par for most places these days - extremely lacking."
