"An unknown patient was wheeled into our office with no knowledge of why he was in our building by TMT transportation employee. He was quick to ran out of building- followed him out to parking lot to try and gather some info. Explained to TMT employee that patient was obviously at the wrong drop off - TMT employee showed zero concern or desire to make it right rolled up window and continued driving away. The most unprofessional person I have encountered and I work in customer service. I was so disappointed that they would knowingly leave a disabled patient at the wrong place to fend for his own. Luckily, our staff was able to contact the right people and they were able to get him to the right place."
