"I drove by and saw a dog in a crate from 0830 to 345pm outside the store without food or water. I called and spoke to "the owner" and told him to feed and cool off the poor dog. He said " he works all day and the dog was fine. I told him it was a 106 degrees. He responded I have 2 chihuahua dogs too and it's not that hot and hung up on me. He has no respect for animals and wouldn't let me finish. Someone needs to remind him why he's in business."
