Reviews of Gayles Logistics Corporation
"From a previous employee. It's definitely worth the read, even though it's going to be a long one. Avoid working and / or doing business with any of the following mentioned. First and foremost, avoid doing any business with Taag Team Logistics or Gayles Logistics corporation. I have never had so many frustrations working with a company. Tamara and Addiel haven't the slitest clue when it comes to running a company properly. The trucks are constantly having issues and breaking down. Vehicle registrations are always expired. Even today, a year later, I see their vehicles driving with expired tags. Big no no with DOT vehicles. Even though they were told the tags were going to expire by employees and then expiring soon after. They didn't seem to care and still wanted you to risk your license and drive their vehicles with expired tags. Secondly benefits were an absolute crapshoot. Took nearly two months for my wife to be added, and then when we needed to remove her. It took another 6 months! But that's not the worst part about it, their investor Ramon said it wasn't his fault they didnt cancel them in an appropriate amount of time and forced me to pay for it out of my pocket even though they were consistently told to cancel the benefits. Now, a year later, I'm finding out my personal dental benefits were canceled before I ever quit and now have a $2000 bill due to the benefits being canceled early. Sounds rather illegal to me, but we will let the courts decide. Tamara and her communication has been absolute garbage trying to fix this issue. One time, I went to use my health insurance only to be told it was cancled due to lack of payment. I also have received official paperwork from Kaiser stating as such. Of course, Tamera couldn't admit to any wrongdoing and said it was never canceled. Explain the letter then. There were also issues of not being paid on time, paid in the correct amount, bonuses missing, benefits not being charged, or benefits being charged double. How was this resolved? Being paid through zelle, how professional. These are only a small list of the issues that happened under my supervision working for both Taag Team Logistics and Gayles Logistics Corporation. Unfortunately, I got to the point that with this company having so many issues, I had to start documenting everything over text or recording phone calls in the event of legal issues, Glad I did... Lastly, I would avoid working with FedEx in any capacity. Employees don't care about your expensive packages. Boxes were dropped, thrown, crushed, stepped on, or even kicked. Rather, simple things could be fixed to help the company run better and more fluently. But no one was willing to sit down and have that conversation and fix the issues at hand. Issues that were rather simple to fix involving payroll, scheduling, or even employee appreciation. Both Fedex, Gayles, and Taag Team were guilty of not taking care of their employees to a respectable degree. Shame on all of you. You need to be better."
