"I cannot say enough about the wonderful staff at Bright Horizons. Both of my children are thriving here, and it's due the wonderful infant teachers and preschool teachers who them like they're own. Justine, Angela and Maria keep me updated on every little thing through daily conversations as well as through the My Bright Day App (which is THE BEST tool ever). My toddler loves it here as well, and it's so cool to see her learn and thrive thanks to the creative, fun projects and games she's engaged in with her friends and preschool teachers. Knowing my children are in great care by loving and caring staff makes it so easy to drop them off every day."

"We can’t say enough how much we appreciate the care our baby has received at Bright Horizons at Naperville. The staff at the center are very professional, caring and warm-hearted and made us new parents feel at ease when we started our baby early this year who was previously mostly taken care of by grandparents. The transition was very smooth under their care and our baby now has a strong connection with Angela, Justine and Maria. We are very impressed that the center is always clean and organized and the variety of activities they have at the center. The “My Bright Day” App is amazing that it gives us (and grandparents) updates on baby’s activities and snapshots throughout the day. We feel very connected even when we are away and knowing that our baby is in caring and capable hand definitely gives us peace of mind. Would definitely recommend Bright Horizons at Naperville!"

"I have been a happy and contented parent since my daughter came to this school when she was 4 months old. She has been taken good care of here by professional, caring, and warm-hearted teachers first in the infant room and later in the toddler room. The teachers are always happy to address any concerns I may have, and offer good advice on developing schedules for the young child. The school is very clean and is always maintained that way. As a result, my daughter seldom caught a cold or disease there. The weekly menu is always updated regularly, and my daughter enjoys her meals everyday. Chef Mike is an awesome guy. The school offers a rich educational program including reading, music, dancing, sensory, outdoor activities, and language lessons and sports when the children get older. It feels like a happy big family for all the children and their parents. It is the best child care we can find. Highly recommend to any parents who need a safe and nurturing place for their young kids."

"My son has been enrolled in the toddler class for the last 6 months and overall we have had a good experience. He seems to really enjoy himself and we are pleased with his development. I like the fact that the school is clean and nicely maintained, the facility is secure, they provide an app to stay updated on daily progress, they provide healthy meals and have an allergy plan in place (very important to us), and the teachers seem to genuinely care for the kids."

"Bright Horizons at Naperville is absolutely wonderful! The staff (specifically Justine, Angela, and Maria) are very caring and attentive. I am consistently impressed with the variety of activities available to engage our infant son, and the effective communication strategies utilized to convey information. The My Bright Day app makes me feel like I am there with my son as it updates you in real time to everything from diaper changes to nap time to feeds, and provides pictures of our little guy throughout the day. Being away from your child is never easy, but knowing he is in capable and caring hands provides wonderful peace of mind. I would recommend Bright Horizons at Naperville to everyone for top notch child care."
