"I have been to several of the Ultimate Vapor stores and have never been disappointed. My primary store I go to is Crystal City. The products and selection are great. The staff are always very courteous and know what they are talking about. My most recent visit, there was a new employee Monique. She was very sweet and already seemed to know quite a bit about the different devices. She also went above and beyond for me. I lost power from the storms and my phone was almost completely dead. She let me hang out for a while so I could charge my phone. I definitely recommend this store!"

"Tiffany helped explain to me how the coils and the level of wattage you use. I'm very thankful I have this correct information finally. My tank would leak, coil would burn out quick so because I was told to use a lesser wattage coil when I needed a higher wattage coil. Thank you!"

"Visited this brick-and-mortar storefront and was greeted immediately with a friendly greeting from the store's employee Jessica. I am extremely picky with flavor profiles of e liquid and told her that. She told me about the policy buy it and love guarantee. If you purchase a disposable and try it in store and you don't 100% fully love it, you have the option to exchange it for one different flavor and for any e-liquid bottle purchases you have 24 hours to make sure you like it or you could exchange it. I wasn't sure if I loved the flavor of the disposable I bought, and she happily exchanged it for a better tasting disposable. Jessica also told me about the T-shirt Day program they have going on. Overall, I felt very satisfied with Jessica's customer service however, I do wish that there was a larger selection flavor of disposables, but I definitely will be returning."
