"I just read other reviews about this company and delivering for Samsung. I'm also not sure why Samsung are still using them. My delivery was rescheduled for 6 days later with no explanation. When I phoned to ask the staff member said she didn't know but could move it up 2 days. Well 2 days is better then 6, but that still means I have to take off work another day."

And then they requested the extra money to move it more. I called to customer service and SEOISHA (lead of department) told me it is impossible to move it because their document shows it is deIivered to just DOOR. I was preparing $40 Tips for the workers but I gave only $10. I am not sure why SAMSUNG is using the worst delivery company for the customers."
