"Rude manager Bought 12 latex balloon after confirmation of price to blow them up at register. Cashier at register did confirm the price with utterly rude manager as well. During transaction they charged me higher price ($2 more than what they told for 12) . I noticed it after transaction processed and guy at register started blowing them up . After inquiring to manager she responded rudely , it is what it is. Shamefully and RUDE from manager . After this she even left blowing up and went to back store leaving everything upon naive cashier. Who took 22 mins to blow up 12 , 12 inch balloons."

"I ordered balloons for my daughter’s 1st birthday. One of the balloons was apparently defective and I received notice of this minutes before the delivery driver was picking them up and did not have a chance to answer their phone call. One of the confetti balloons I ordered arrived popped. I called the store to request a refund and the store manager (I believe her name was Delila based on the email I received) was EXTREMELY rude to me, saying she will only refund me for the one balloon I did not receive and hung up the phone on me. I will never return to this location. This is not a way to keep customers coming back to them."
