"I truly don’t understand what the trucking industry has come to, how can the government or people in charge let these thief brokers still be in business i truly don’t understand. They received 1500 for a load and have the audacity to only pay the driver 600-800 dollars. They’re keeping most of the money when we’re the ones doing the actual work its ridiculous. You guys have no morals and No respect for yourselfs to be bluntly stealing money like this from hard working drivers."

"Do not book with this company, they will not pay you! Booked a load with them and they canceled the load while my driver was on the way, they refused to pay TONU saying that driver didn't call them to be dispatched which is on the rate con's fine print. The load was supposed to be picked up asap and we provided all the driver's information, Ashley or Zeke have never mentioned this when we booked it. Just another way of scamming carriers."

"THEY DO NOT PAY TONU Well, we booked a load for our driver and when my driver arrived to the shipper, shipper told us that the load gone already! They sold this load twice and the first truck picked up the load and we requested the TONU. When we called to the broker Taveras Leonard kept us waiting more than one hour. After waiting 2 hours we booked another load for our driver as it was Saturday. After 4-5 hrs when we requested a TONU this Taveras told that he is not going to pay us. This is unprofessional attitude and mr.Taveras is very rude broker I have ever met!"

"I had a load booked with Seth Devereaux to pick up in Nichols,NY at 2pm and they called my driver at 8am to see where he was. He told them he was getting unloaded. I called them 5 times talked to 3 people to get full pu address and i was told all info was send to my email. Then around 1.30pm Sean Keeling pulled us off the load and gave it to another carrier. We were 18 miles from the city where we were picking up. My driver drove 96 miles. . Sean Keeling was very rude !!! I asked for a truck ordered not used and he told be no and also said he will make sure not to use my company ever again ."

"We've been doing business with SunteckTTS since 2004 and we've never had an issue - until September 14, 2021. We had a load booked with them to pick up in Florida at 2pm and they called my driver at 10am to see where he was. When he told them he was getting unloaded, they pulled us off the load and gave it to another carrier.- without contacting us. We were 12 miles from the customer where we were picking up. My driver arrived at the pickup at 11:01 am - 3 hours PRIOR to our appointment time, and was told the load had been given to another carrier. When we called SunteckTTS, Amber basically said she needed to cover the load and she was afraid we wouldn't get empty in time. I asked for a truck ordered not used because we did OUR part - and the TA states NOTHING about pulling a load PRIOR to the PU time because a dispatcher was worried about a late PU. We have tracking on all our equipment and we've never been late with one of their loads - in 17 YEARS!!!! Naturally I've not received a response to my email yesterday requesting TONU. Since we had a pickup for that driver in GA, where the load would have delivered, we had to deadhead 450 miles, the load barely paid that much but it would have covered the fuel. Hopefully if anyone else has the pleasure of dealing with Sunteck , they will not incur the same disregard for a 17 year business history, or how they could care less about a carrier."
