"Not good place for delivery. They don't do Live unload...you have to drop your trailer and wait ...for hours until they are done."

DO NOT SHIP, PICK UP, DROP OFF, OR anything with this company. They are very very very bad at what they do. P.S - This is not the first time they have done this to my company."

"I would only really recommend XPO as a shipping partner if you're interested in your shipments ALWAYS arriving 1-2 days late, in a best case scenario, and a complete nonexistent customer service experience when you ask questions. If you have more than a half a brain and value the business and money you pay for the services you need, I would recommend strapping the pallets to your back and walking them to your destination before trusting them with XPO."

"Takes too many hours to unload trailer.been here 4 hours still not unloaded, and it's only a partial...ladies at guard shack are nice. Update today been here over 6 hours and still haven't taken off the 8 pallets ."

"No way to track your merchandise!! Call center only takes calls a few hours a day. This company does all the deliveries for SERTA mattresses. They REFUSE to provide a tracking number. XPO refuses to provide any assistance on if or when your mattresses will arrive. You're just supposed to be psychic. Serta insists that XPO can use your order number, your name, address, email, etc to look up your tracking, but XPO day after day, agent after agent just hangs up on you the few hours they do take calls Monday - Friday. They cause more stress than it's worth. NEVER will I buy Serta again! Then I won't have to deal with these scumbags!"
