"My company used this moving company for the relocation. They asked for a time spread to schedule the move but couldn’t confirm the actual date until a week before the moving week. A lot of things couldn’t be arranged or were forced to reschedule/cancel. On the moving day, the movers told me that they can’t move soap and detergent. It makes sense but I think the coordinator should notify me before the movers come. It’s the same pattern for delivery. It has been very difficult to get a response from the coordinator. Overall, it’s a terrible experience and I am very tired of them using holiday as the excuse again and again."

"We worked through a relocation service and these guys were assigned to us. Excellent service. Driver was super friendly and careful. The packers were careful with our stuff, every box was labeled well as to what was in it (as to a generic "kitchen stuff" type of label) and they were quick. We'd kept out a couple of beds we were going to move ourselves so we'd have something to sleep on the first night. They didn't have to but these guys even boxed em up and loaded them into our trailer for us."
