Very very Unprofessional and unacceptable service . they picked up my car 7 days ago from Dallas ADESA and they haven't deliver to me yet, everytime i call they mack an excuses. my customers are really mad of me and I'm losing my repetition becuse of this people . they are no manager or supervisor Till 12 or 1 pm basically no one will answer you or help you out till they come to office which is ridicules ."

I tell then that's fine and then she responds back saying that they can't do it because they are too busy. I tell her yes thats why I'm okay with waiting a few days. She then tell me that they don't want to have my car there that long."
