Upon arrival there were two men discussing personal business in the office area and I just stood there for a few minutes wait till they finish the discussion before they even addressed me. After they did, the guy sitting in the window took me to the back room which apparently led to a single individual and a reception area that processed my shipment. This lady paperwork processor was friendly and professional."
