"I’m a o/o been with this company for about month this would be a good company. Been driving over 30 years I have never seen a company give you a list of contacts and no one answers are return call. From terminal manager down to dispatcher. Don’t know how they are able to keep any drivers. Horrible Horrible. Would not recommend unless they get better returning are answering calls."

"STG logistics horrible. One of there truck's was hauling a load and they did not secure what they where hauling. Cracked my windshield and nearly caused me to crash with family inside. Spoke to there claims guy Dale Robinson and said it was my word vs there driver and they would not be covering anything."
"I bought items worth $2800 and when I got to the warehouse to check my items I wasn’t allowed to and I had to pay the $193 fee and when they brought out my items they were all damaged and lost their value and when I request for compensation they only want to give me $50 and that means they made a profit of $143 and when I try to talk with their claims department I get ignored and was told that the investigation should take 1-2 weeks but I waited 2 whole months and they also needed me to contact the other suppliers when they had been in contact with them and that shows how incompetent they are. I also have pictures and evidence that the items were broken at the warehouse and I am going to take them to court"
"The only reason they touch my cargo is because US Customs uses this warehouse. They charged me over 90 hours of "work" for unloading and reloading a 40' container. The mess they did costed me a lot of money, not only they charged over $7000 but I had to pay my costumers for what their poorly trained employees broke. I wish I was able to upload the videos of the way we received our container. But the warehouse is not liable for the negligence of their employees. They take over three weeks just to reload a container because at the end we have to pay for all that time."
