"10 out of 10! Great guys, incredibly helpful and very good/effective at packing the truck. Arrived on time and worked with us at a good pace. I was moving under emotional circumstances so having my stress alleviated was key. They took apart my items, took my tv down from the mount, disconnected my appliances then rebuilt my beds and reattached my w&d once we got there! Definitely recommend, I don’t want to move again but if I have to I’ll for sure call these guys!!"

"I was inquiring about movers with various companies back in November for an unplanned move in January and Don, the owner of Ring a Bell Moving, picked up on the first call and answered all my questions, and I did have a lot. Their reviews stood out to me and Don pointed this out, too, and they are accurate. I had never hired movers before so I was concerned about the costs and ability to be efficient and careful, and was quite overwhelmed with my situation to begin with. He explained the time allocation costs, deposit, coverage for damages, moving process with elevators, etc. with patience and easy to understand. He is very straightforward about what to expect and gives you a ton of advice on how to save time, pack things best, bag items, wrapping, stacking boxes, etc. to make the process as effective as possible. Closer to the move, he explained even more in detail about what all to expect and asked me what my goal for time would be (both one bedroom apartments, both requiring elevators, 30 mile distance) and I said ideally/theoretically, 4 hours would be great. He definitely gave me advice on how to plan and realistic expectations that it could take 1-2 more hours and how to prepare more. It was supposed to be just 2 guys (him and Sean/Shawn), but he got an extra guy (Norm) at no additional cost, to help with loading from my old apartment and then only 2 with unloading. With that, he managed to make the time 4 hours 15 minutes just like my original goal, so I was very pleased. He also arrived plenty early, I appreciate the punctuality. Nothing was broken or damaged, everything made it, and they were professional, efficient, and effective to be quick with the move. This whole moving process worried me and it was a lot to handle myself, and they seriously took off so much stress the day of because took care of everything well and did all the heavy lifting. I am so glad I chose Ring a Bell Moving as my movers. Don goes out of his way to communicate often and honestly throughout the process to best prepare you for the move and give you realistic expectations. "I highly recommend Ring A Bell Moving for all your moving needs. They were punctual, friendly, and they worked quickly. All of my items were unloaded with care and very efficiently. Don, the owner, communicated with me throughout the entire process. He quickly responded to by inquiry and made sure to communicate with me every step of the way. I originally booked a different moving company but they cancelled my out of state move from Georgia the day before I was supposed to move to Texas. Don told me not to worry and that he could accommodate me. This took a weight off my shoulders and gave me a piece of mind. Not only did Don call me the day before my move in date, he also called me at least a hour prior to let me know that they were on their way.
