"Very unprofessional brokerage. Jacob Perkins was the broker who we booked the load with. He forgot to inform the receiver about the appointment and our driver had to stay layover until next day. When we asked for layover compensation which is $250 industry standard. He told our dispatchers he doesn't care about how much other brokers pay for layover and hang-up the phone then sent an updated rate confirmation with $150 layover added. This is how these brokers are stealing your money. Please be warned"

"I would give zero stars if I could. They were hired to drive a delivery from Samsung in Coppell, TX to an RXO hub in Albuquerque, NM, a 9.5 hr drive door to door. It took them FOUR DAYS from pickup to delivery with ZERO tracking in between. I spent hours on the phone with Samsung and RXO trying to understand where my fridge was and they both had no idea. This was after Frasier was 3 days late in picking up the order in the first place. The order was "ready for pickup" on 1/9 and wasn't picked up until 1/12. Which was only AFTER I had called and raised holy hell with Samsung and RXO trying to find out why it hadn't been shipped yet when it was supposed to be delivered the next day on 1/13. I haven't had a fridge in 2 weeks and now I have to take a day off of work to be there for the delivery tomorrow because Frasier didn't pick it up or get it there in time to be delivered on my day off, which I had intentionally scheduled a week in advance. Avoid using this company at all costs."

"Terrible ownership. Use you up and spit you out. No room for growth. The longer you're there,the worst it gets. When you get a raise they lower your miles to keep you stuck and stagnant. Do not apply! Ten years of loyalty with no appreciation."

"Just had a horrible experience with a rude driver in a Frazier truck. 3:30 Pm Friday, June 7, in Decatur Tx at Hwy 287 at Hwy 380, southbound. We were in left lane. He was in right lane and had left turn signal on. We were about three car lengths behind the car in front of us, and would have had to apply our brakes to let him in front of us. He shot us the bird as we went around him. Two miles up we were in the right turn lane, he swerved over the white line into our lane, honking as he sped past. What happened to courteous truck drivers???"
