"Upon arrival the room we had requested was next door to two barking dogs the woman up front was able to switch our rooms and the rest of the stay was very quiet and nice it was a holiday weekend so I'd like to think that the hot tub was maintained on a daily basis a little bit better overall it was a good"

"This place is solidly 4 stars. The staff sets it apart. The hotel is dated but has some modern touches. The staff here though are very friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise coming from other guest rooms. Some other guests were inconsiderable but the hotel isn't responsible for their behavior. Overall a great stay."

"First, location. It is where it says it is, so maybe it should get 5, but there's nothing else here, notably bars or cafes, so it loses some stars for being nowhere interesting. Service was so so. Everyone smiles and shows sympathy, but when they are unable to do basic things like extend your stay for a day or reduce the pot smoke in the halls, again, you have to lose a couple stars. IHG should be embarrassed i spent more than an hour extending my stay by one day. The rooms are good: clean, well-cleaned, beds comfortable, plenty of towels. Downside: small tv, and it's hard to use the accessible shower and not flood the whole bathroom. But a fine hotel room. I liked it. Could use a second chair. Skip the breakfast."

"I booked a room for a stay cation for my kids to enjoy a couple nights away from home and to go swimming. The pool was filthy! Water was green and you could not see the bottom. It also smelled of pee. The room was nice, we enjoyed the layout of the king suite but our first night we were woken up abruptly to a fire alarm that was set off by the kitchen, who was making breakfast. When your kids go to sleep late you hope for a late wake up wellllll not today thanks to the kitchen. Breakfast was OK. The pancakes were the high point luckily. I am mostly disappointed because I was to get my deposit back sometime last week. I had to call the hotel for them to begin processing sending it back to me. The funds were needed for this weekend as it was my niece's birthday but since no one processed it last weekend I have to wait almost another week for the refund. Highly disappointing."

"Stayed here due to the park and fly. The rooms were decent, and the shuttle to the airport worked great! However, the shuttle from the airport to the hotel was less than convenient. The hotel representative when we checked in suggested we call the hotel when we arrived back from our trip to confirm when the shuttle would be there. We took their advice and when I spoke to the front desk employee, she was very confused on why I called. I thought given what the hotel stated initially that we would still be ok. We waited 35 minutes and no shuttle so I called again. Spoke to the same front desk person, and this time I told her I was at the bus shuttle center outside door number 2 across from the Hilton..she questioned if I had a reservation, she questioned if I was calling the right hotel, and she questioned if I was in the right location. I confirmed I was at the correct location a few more times and she finally stated the shuttle would be there in 10 minutes. The shuttle did come in about 10 minutes. When we arrived at the hotel the driver took our bags out and abruptly turned and walked away. Very disappointed."
