"This company is crooked they take 35% charge you for everything permits, Eld, airtime monthly for eld, insurance physical damage Gallagher is a garbage insurance company owned by Landstar. They are hiring every week and day to increase the volume of 35%. Last they have a white man at the fort worth orientation center Hansen he thinks he owns landstar he will talk to you any kind of way. Not sure who he thinks he is, avoid here you will thank me later."

"TXDOT Inspect my rig on HwY/I10 Near Fort Stockton, Texas (I was headed to Austin, Texas..) I explained to DOT officer entering Lordsburg my left turn signal not working properly. doing my post-trip in Lordsburg, New Mexico the left turn signal on Chassis not flashing. So I troubleshoot and fix it. Now problem came back going thru rough hwy I-10 & I-20 split. DOT officer thank me for letting him know before inspection. After DOT inspection DOT Officer was going to issue me a ticket because he didn't see left turn signal on driverside cab. I showed DOT inspector I have left turn light on driverside it's 2way Flashing Signal and Light. I opened the truck hood for the DOT he didnt ask but I wanted to show officer how I fixed the left turn signal to flash on Chassis/trailer. He apologize took 15mins+ to corrected ticket to a warning and officer left. So I fixed problem in Frederickburg, Texas NAPA auto parts. 5days later I'm back in Ontario, California. Landstar Safety called me said TXDOT place my rig Out-of-Service. I was like what! Landstar Safety lady was confused because she said why TXDOT wait 5days to call us. So they ask me look for warning and email to them. I found Warning and this TXDOT inspector left a VC 393.9 Landstart rep said that is Out-of-Service. And at the very Bottom where my signature printed on the warning said Out-of-Service. Omgosh how I did not see this. So a Day later Safety put me back in service and said be careful check documents before DOT leave. Two months later back on same route to Texas and back to California I signed in on Landstar load board back Out-of-Service. I called Landstar they Terminated my lease because driving on out-of-Service on a warning. I call Agent and broker to let them know I was Terminated. So the broker offer me to run his loads without Landstar Authority but I didn't have my own authority and it was expensive to get my own Authority and Haz-Maz permits for my truck to continue pulling loads for Broker. So I try to get another lease or power only from other companies no luck because of the DayCab no one wanted to hire me over the road. So I still owe the bank $32K couldn't find regular company job make ends meet. So drop truck off to auction Ritchie Bros."
