"worst place. My sister has not been given the care that she needs in here. every time she comes is the same problem with the Doctors and the staff. My sister comes with questions about her care during her appointment and the doctors tell her “oh I’ll be back” and they never come back eventhough she tells them she has questions about her medications and her care and the doctors just leave the room without coming back. It’s sad to see my sister not improving her condition, especially when she is not getting the care she needs because the Doctors and the staff are not providing the care she needs. it’s the second time she has to go back to the Doctor and wait in the lobby for an hour for the Doctors to address the prescription of the medications because they did not address this during her appointment because they left and did not come back. When my sister went back to address this the staff in the front asked “ why didn’t you ask the doctor during the appointment” when the Doctors don’t even bother to educate her on her medications and care and literally leaving her without addressing anything. This is really disappointing, and exhausting for my sister and her family."
