"Disappointed in a recent delivery. While the team were polite and friendly, the damage done to my property by not listening to the homeowner would be a primary reason I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. For delivery, the doors of the appliance need to be removed to give enough clearance and prevent damage to the walls. I made this clear at the beginning - the old appliance (same model and size) another delivery crew listened and there were no troubles. This crew opted to take the shortcut, extending the delivery time by keeping the doors on, and resulting in numerous dents, chips, and scrapes against multiple walls. So much so that I've spent the last few days steadily repairing them. Because the damage was so much, I'll have to fully repaint multiple walls to get an even coat - something I don't have time to do. Upon reaching out to the company via phone to explain my concerns, I was dismissed. That it was 'to be expected to have some damage done to the walls and it was my responsibility to manage it.' If the delivery crew had listened to me from the start there would have been little to no damage. I wasn't expecting compensation. I wasn't expecting RXO to do the repairs or refund the money (and time, if that were possible) spent to get the materials needed to fix the walls. But a proper apology and acknowledgment of the situation would have been appreciated. The delivery crew would get full marks on their polite attitudes and friendly nature. But the experience would steer me away from using these services again. I'll pay more and go through a box store retailer instead of Samsung's third party."
