"Very slow, I work as a currier and go to several of the airline cargo areas. Most help very quickly, usually the only delay if a plane is running late. But Delta DFW is always really slow in helping customers, they don’t even acknowledge you most times. Even though there may be 2-3 employees behind the counter sometimes, they still work really slow . I’ve seen them behind the counter for up to 10-15 minutes with no customers in front of them while 2-3 customers are sitting in front of them just waiting to be acknowledged, while other workers, I guess are on break on their phones behind the counter also. Frustrating seeing so many workers behind the counter but still having to wait 20 -40 minutes to be helped when I’m usually in and out within 5-10 at any other airline cargo area"

"NEGATIVE -100 stars if I could. HORRIBLE. We booked a time sensitive animal cargo flight, and the cargo area wasn't even open when there advertised online to be open. Call customer service and get told they can pretty much close up when they want. I guess even when people have flights booked. He missed his flight."

"Very Unprofessional, rude and insulting. After a brief argument on the failure on their part to report the arrival of my goods . Finally i gave one young lady that said she is the supervisor my credit card to charge for the late payment that was unjust , she threw my credit card at me and said she will not let me have my shipment. She then lied that i threw the card at her. The manager came and went inside to review the camera that show that i did not throw my card at her. She is so rude that she will not give her name and she is also trying to hide her name from customer. When she knows she on her right she should be able to give her name. i hope this kind of people shouldn't be allowed to be the face of Delta. Delta should please look into the attitude of their cargo staff."
