"Not sure about all the negative reviews about the famed greeting card/gift shop but I've always had a pleasant experience here. When it comes to greeting cards and small gifts, whatever the occasion no matter what time of the year it is; Hallmark will have it. Whether it's Christmas, Valentine's, Mother's/Father's Day; Hallmark has been the go-to place for decades now. With a huge selection of greeting cards, small gifts and knick knacks, this place reigns supreme. It's February so my photos are a bit out of season, I apologize."

"I will never shop in this store again. I was at the mall for a tween’s scavenger hunt and most employees at most stores were super friendly while the kids were photographing things and even gave them an item from their list for free (a shopping bag, piece of tissue paper, job application, etc), but not Hallmark! When asked for a piece of tissue paper, the clerk said no, not unless you make a purchase, which is completely understandable. Then they proceeded to call mall security to complain. These girls were being polite, careful, and bringing business to the mall. We spent hundreds of dollars there today, but none at Hallmark."

"The shop owner is kind and understanding. She does her best to keep resellers away. She takes time to talk to the guests and she is much nicer than what people say. I’ve been going to her store since the mall reopened and I never had a bad experience."
