"always easy to shop and great staff"
"I am posting this about 30 minutes after I got home, an old white lady (an employee stocking the shelves) screamed at me, I was looking a stress ball basketball and I dropped it. I picked it up and she yelled NO PLAYING BALL IN THIS STORE so loud everyone could hear it. Everyone else is very nice including the lady at the checkout isle, but that one lady has done it to me, my friends, and other people before."

"I’ve been to this dollar store so many times and the ladies are very nice. Today 9/8/2023 at 9am I had a really bad experience with one of the employees, she is a white old lady. It’s sad to see how they are so miserable and take it on other people. Even my 3 year old ask me why the white lady was throwing our stuff. She was very rude when I ask her a simple question about balloons. I told my daughter “ I think she’s just having a bad day” but she said “oh no I just have so much stuff to put up and also the register. We’ll that’s not my problem that’s your job. No customer service and no manners. So sad to say that with white people she was very polite and hispanic very rude. Store #3601(785 W Golf road Des plaines) Unfriendly, unprofessional, poorly trained staff."
