"The Day Nursery is the best preschool/pre-K in Oak park, and even River Forest. Having tried several preschools before the Day Nursery, I can definitely say that the teachers and administrators are truly passionate about helping the kids to succeed in K and beyond. It feels like a small community at the Day Nursery. Very kind, courteous and loving staff. As a paranoid mom, I am always at ease when I send my kid to the Day Nursery. I always recommend the day nursery to my family and friends."

"My 3 children LOVED this place. It truly is a community. Even though my oldest is in Elementary school, his former teachers still ask me about him. The school follows a play-based curriculum with tons of activities and projects for the kids. They've learned about the caterpillar life cycle, how seeds grow, the names of the planets, farm animals, emotions, early reading skills, early math skills, etc. They have an outdoor stage for the kids to put on plays, a gallery for kids to display their art work. It's an amazing place. I'm glad we had the opportunity to be a part of it."

"The Day Nursery is incredible! They go above and beyond to help the children. My daughter has flourished while attending both academically and emotionally. The support and loves she’s received in a very tough year is unmatched. We were incredibly blessed she was placed in the sunshine room with the infamous Ms Kira and Ms Latrice! My daughter feels so loved, loves going to school, and has made lasting relationships. I would recommend them to any family looking. Your child with be loved and individualized in their approach. It’s hard to trust other people to care for your children, this is one place you’ll never have to worry!"

"We sent both of our kids here. There's so much this place offers. They're very involved with the community, and offer lots of after hours activities and daytime field trips. The kids have an age-appropriate curriculum and I can tell you my kids learned a lot about academic topics as well as responsibility and socialization. The office staff are very responsive and experienced, and all the employees seem to care a lot about the kids. It's hard work, but they put a lot into the curriculum and events. Many of the staff have been there for years. I'm so glad we found this place."
