"Car picked up, they did extensive photos of pre trip car. Documentation of every imperfection on my car. When time came (first day of window) to receive my car got a text the day before letting me know where and when the pickup would happen. The morning of pickup got a call 1 hour before pickup. My car was first off the truck. Driver was very nice and my car didn't have any damage. I would use again!"

"I received my vehicle at my final destination and there were many additional scratches. I complained to ACME and now they are saying these are not covered under their policy which the scratches were not noted on the final Bill of Landing. This is ridiculous and I would not recommend this company to anyone else. Terrible experience."

The account manager, Julie, contacted us immediately and kept us informed about our driver, the pickup and arrival time, payment, etc. We were given notices regarding the pickup time in California and the arrival time in Kentucky. Our car arrived on time, without issue. We met at an agreed upon location for drop-off since our street could not accommodate the large semi. The driver was friendly and professional and the car had no damage from the transport. Thank you for making this so easy and affordable."
