"DONT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY They took out my car payment TWICE in the same week leaving me with no money and they told me there was nothing they can do to help me even though the money went to THEM! And they had the audacity to harass me with “late payment” notices when I basically prepaid for the next month. It literally takes 2 seconds to look at the payment history to see why there’s a month missing because HELLO I paid twice in the same month. They really screwed me over and offered no sympathy or solution."

"Worse customer service ever!. Rude employees, and I have never had as much problems with a bank as I've had here! They never give you a chance to explain things they speak over you at the call centers and they hang up the phone on you. By choice I will never do business with them nor do I recommend anyone else to bank there. I could hear the tepresentative on their 1877 number laugh as i was trying to understand a charge. Very unprofessional people. DO NOT BANK WITH RAIZ. Everyone is clueless as to what they are suppose to do."
"I was a long time customer for twenty one years. Raiz federal credit union is the worst banking institution experience I ever had. They had four day update to the system debit cards didn't work I couldn't access basic information. I will take my money elsewhere with a banking institution who knows what they are doing. Clearly these people don't."
