"I can't get a human on the phone or on the app it's so frustrating Don't like this bank"
"Worst and I repeat with a capital letters worst Chase branch ever treats veterans like like racists also don't go to the supervisor teller she's especially the rudest one there we're not accept my military ID only my driver's license it's the same diff it has a picture and everything are the same thing all the time that I've ever went to this branch I've been treated like an immigrant but just jumped the border I should never ever wish any of my brothers or sisters in military to go to this bank at all they are not American in my words I believe that"
"Went into the branch today and wanted to set up a new checking account. Got there at 4:15 and the guy in the lobby told me it took an hour and half to set up the account and they close at 5. The gentlemen said we can make an appt for another day. I know I’m just 1 new checking account nothing crazy but, they don’t know what products or total services I could have needed. As far as any other business if you walk in before they are closed then they stay a little later and help you. Walked out and went to Bank of America. New account in 30 min they stayed 10 min later after close and they seemed happy to help me out."
"Number of tellers for a major bank is unacceptable. Two tellers with a line of eight people doesn't work. Always same. Was a Wednesday, not payday, start or first of the month. Finally able to convince ma to switch banks."
"I'm not a big fan of bank customer service, but this location is the exception. This is by far the best location among the other Chase Banks locations that we've used when it comes to customer service. Every time that I've come, the staff (both the tellers up front and the staff that works in the cubicles) is very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. We are usually in and out pretty quickly as well. I will actually drive out of my way to go to this location, as opposed to the location on Montana/Joe Battle, which is much closer to me."
