"My daughter started attending in June 2023 and I we love it! in a week they had her potty trained and in a month she was way more advanced! she is constantly learning new things and she learned how to be more social and how to play with kids kindly! The teachers are always so caring and trustworthy they always have a fast response on all of my questions and sometimes when I don’t have to time in the mornings to do my daughters hair they take care of it which is really special to me because instead of judging they help and understand. Their app is amazing they let you know whats going on all the time and also provide videos and pictures and their security is very good also I feel comfortable leaving my child there and I feel that she is in a safe place."

"This facility is new. Not Ready yet. 2 of the reviews are employees who do have children there, 2 reviewers with names only. The facility has many safety concerns. My children went to this location for 3 months and in 3 months myself and/or our dcfs representative needed to address issues such as : Ratio ( over ratio by 630 am and over ration at 430pm. Diaper changes every 4+ hours in a toddler class. Not feeding the children food provided by parents because of sensory issues after providing a doctors note. There are 2 classrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs. The stair cases are directly outside of the infant classroom. Gates were requested but staff will not close gates for safety. I've closed gates and have gotten looks of disgust from office staff. I picked up my kids on tuesday may 23rd and there wasnt an english speaking body in the building to answer why my child had a red bump on her eye and scratches on her face. I searched the classrooms for an english speaking adult and while in the infant room and realizing the teacher couldnt help me i walked out and SHE DID TOO.Teacher leaving infants UNATTENDED while she goes DOWNSTAIRS to talk to another teacher ( yes they have internal phonecommunication but she left babies UNATTENDED).when I reported this the owner and she said that it wasnt my kids left unattended so why am I so upset? Because I'm a human! A mom! A foster mom! And a mandated reporter!!! The owner ( who wasnt present during the incident) did call me to discuss it after. ( and for complete honestly I DID yell down the stairs to the worker that she just left kids unattended in the classroom not secured in a crib or walker) I also informed the worker dcfs would be called and they were, twice! I was also informed that the owner is going to issue a violation against me for " yelling in the building". But her employee is still employed. I already was informed the violation will be invalid. The next morning I did bring my kids back. All 3 office personnel were present, gates closed and 2 teachers in morning class by 7am. This HAS NEVER HAPPENED IN 3 MONTHS but knew and were expecting an investigation. Within 30 minutes I had communications from them knitpicking petty stuff so at that time I knew they were upset that I called and that my kids would be treated poorly because of a dcfs call I made because staff left babies unattended. ( I was informed by owner the babies left unattended were likely staffs kids) so I guess that was acceptable(?).. The office staff did inform me and my dcfs rep during a meeting that her staff needs training. I got them in touch with our fire dept to provide siezure training and CPR training since it appeared perhaps 1 person was CPR certified. The owner as of 5/23 had not scheduled that yet because " its a 4 hour class and that would mean her staff would need to stay until 10". They do offer Saturday classes AND it can always be one on a Friday ( last Friday of every month) when you close early for development days. Since I informed them we were leaving they HAVE called me a few times but requested any communication happen via email I've not heard from then again. They packed up our belongings ( AND WE ARE MISSING A BUNCH OF ITEMS) but my kids are safe and that is my concern and should be every parents when searching for childcare."

"We looked at several daycare centers and are so happy we chose Bensenville Child Care Center. My twin toddlers are currently enrolled here and we couldn’t be more happy with how far they have come in just a few weeks. They were born during COVID and weren’t around many kids like their older sibling had been at their age and therefore the first week was a BIG adjustment period for them. However the teachers and staff were amazing and very understanding. We all worked together to ensure we were on the same page with regards to behavior redirection so there was consistency at school and at home to avoid confusion for the twins. By their second week they were well adjusted and acclimated to the school routine. I love that they are in constant communication with updates on meals, naps and diaper changes as well as providing photos of their activity and outdoor time via their app. The twins are now counting up to 20 and singing their ABCs at the age of 2. We definitely work with them at home all the time but they have made great leaps since being enrolled here. We are so grateful to have found such a wonderful daycare center. Thank you!!!"
