"Very disrespectful re: my visit. I am a 68 year old African American licensed Cosmetology Instructor. Today. I visited Vally nails for manicure/pedicure services. Requested a person with experience because I wanted a satisfactory service for what they were charging. I was given a complete amiture who did a poor job on my nails. When I tried to explain my concerns, attempting to show the frony desk person my flawed nails (unevenly polished with noticeable lumps), they did not care. Instead, they just continued to ask me to pay. Will never visit again and will spread the word re: unprofessional services. Please avoid this business. Thank you"

"1st time and I felt at ease. Large place, I only got a no chip manicure. It was beautiful. Louis was very good and did not damage my nail beds which can happen if they are aggressive and in a hurry. Make an appointment in my opinion."

"I went in for a mani and a pedi. Linda assisted me. She was rushing the entire time. She did a horrible job on doing my nails. There was nail polish under my nails and on my fingers. The nails were not filed and she had a different color coat under the final color nail and did not remove it. It literally looked like a 5 year old with a blindfold did my nails! I nicely asked her to fix them. She refused. The next day I went in for a refund, and the manager, Tony, laughed and said the nails were fine. He refused to give me a refund and only was able to "fix" the nail. I recommend you take your money somewhere else for a good service. I'm not much of a picky person when it comes to my nails as long as they have the right color and look presentable that works for me! Yet, this nail shop was horrific! Customer service was the worse."
