"AVOID! This seller charged us for an order and they never delivered it. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, they have not responded and it is almost 8 weeks. It is essentially fraud to represent on their website that they have something in stock and then not send; it is misrepresentation."

It literally takes 5 minutes resolve a situation. But they could care less. Also owns VINOstl in St Louis which after this I'll avoid like the plague when in town. A real bummer all around!"

"This place is an online scam. An initial very prompt email indicating the wine I ordered is no longer available was followed by... deathly silence despite many attempts to make contact. I sent multiple emails asking that the >$1,200 charge to my credit card be refunded. Also tried making live contact via telephone - to no avail. Does this place even have a real brick and mortar store? I doubt it. Don't waste your time with this guy. If you've made the mistake of ordering online, just dispute the charge with the credit card issuer and chalk it up to experience."
