"Worst customer service EVER! Very very rude staff. I wish I knew the girls name that I talked to. If you work at a loan place you must understand people go to you when they’re in need. If a payment is late you should not be rude or judgmental. I also called because I was past due and they called my boss and I got in huge trouble at work I wanted to make a change and give them a different number. I was told very rudely nothing could be done that a manager would give me a call back. I was upset I kept venting and telling her I was in a lot of trouble at work and she said she already told me what she needed to tell me and I was not letting her talk and hung up on me… I had never been treated so poorly. Been in customer service my whole life. My jaw dropped to the floor. Horrible and insensitive staff. Still waiting for the manager to call me back. Do not get a loan here."
