"I love the Mundelein KinderCare! I am highly impressed with my daughters teachers and classroom. My daughter is 16 months and is in Ms. Niki and Ms. Mia's Toddler Classroom. My daughter started here as an infant and I will be honest that I was having a hard time when it was time for her to transition to the toddler classroom from the infant classroom. I love the teachers very dearly in infants and knew my daughter was ready for the toddler room developmentally I just wasn't ready to let go of my baby and her turning into a big girl. My anxiety from it was quickly calmed with her teachers because of how amazing they are. I know that my daughter is so loved and cared for with them because she always runs to her classroom everyday to see them and when we talk about them at home she lights up. In the few months that my daughter has been in the classroom I have watched her social and verbal skills develop immensely. From the app I can see through pictures and videos how much fun and how much she is learning throughout the day with all of the activities that they do with the kids. I could not be happier with Ms. Mia and Ms. Niki and trust them so much with my daughter that I would even have them into my home to care for her. I will be truly sad when my daughter has to transition to another classroom just because of the special bond that she has created with both of these extraordinary ladies!"

"I love KinderCare they are truly family away from home. The staff is loving and caring toward each child. They make learning fun and exciting. My two grandchildren have attended KinderCare since they were 6 weeks old and never in all 12 years have we had a problem. They work with your child if they are having a difficult day, the staff ensures there is always a positive attitude in the air. I highly recommend this facility for your daycare needs. Your child will have daily adventures and comfort of home away from home."

"I have been a strong believer in home daycare centers for the longest time, but when our third child arrived, we didn't have many options for a home daycare that had three spots available. We then looked into centers and have been pleasantly surprised at their performance. After many interviews, Mundelein KinderCare was our first choice and was worth the extra tuition rate (as compared to others) because all the staff was much more personal than other locations--this includes management, teachers, and even Mr. Manny the food server. Upon reflection about home daycares, we enjoy having the stability of someone being available to watch and teach our kids even if a teacher calls in sick or is on vacation. We also enjoy the school-like atmosphere to prepare our kids for kindergarten. The 4-star rating is primarily due to communication--it can be difficult to talk to the main teachers about the kids' days upon pickup. It is really on the parents to track down what activities the kids are doing and what improvements can be made. Of course, parent involvement is a must anyways, it can simply be challenging to get the full scoop on everything. That said, the teachers are willing to talk in the AM and PM if they are there and work with the parents for each individual child's needs. I have been very happy with Mundelein KinderCare and would highly recommend to anyone."
