"Security guard was very rude and abrasive. When I arrived at entry way he yelled stop very loud and in a rude manner ask what my business was there, and made a scene . Need less to say I was pushing a stroller with a 2 month old. Have been here numerous times with no trouble with security guards, but 5his guy has a chip on his shoulder for some reason"

"Daniel Nieva, anesthesiologist came in to see my Three year old child before her surgery, she was playing with a doctor set and pretended to give him a shot to which he said “hopefully I don’t get autism now!” Your doctors believe vaccines cause autism huh? RIDICULOUS!!!!"

"Really disgusted with the way ent does scheduling surgeries ..first time i told nurse when called my son had a cough was told ok for surgery sat at the hospital is surgery room for 4hrs for us be sent home 2hrs away for nothing. Had to wait 5 weeks more then again 2 days before surgery was called they canceled again doc not there and then wanted to schedule out another 5weeks and my son has sleep apnea asthma etc and its like they dont care that he needs these tonsils and adneoids out and no one has returned my 2 calls and a mychart message."

"Our experience with Children's as a whole in other departments has been exceptional. With ENT however, the doctors and schedulers frequently fall utterly flat. They have poor 'standards' when it comes to contacting patients (or their parents). As a result they've consistently dropped the ball and delayed care my child needs to continue to improve his overall health. It is disgusting to me the way a complex surgery he required was cancelled without fully attempting multiple methods to contact us. This cancellation costs us incredibly and goes beyond our family to the nursing care he needs almost 24/7 having found other places to work and family that had flown in specifically because of this surgery. The office has been exceptionally unprofessional on multiple occasions and fails frequently to communicate fully my child's needs."
