"Not recommended! They are bunch of unprofessionals! I really had a bad experience with Timothy Key and Parviz Shaabani. Please report their company with 0 start! and I hope so you guys will get banned!"
"We had some small issues at the pickup but with fast response and professional help from Cody and Vanessa we solve everything. I'm going to work with them again definitely!!!"
"This company is being represented by some very unprofessional personnel. When we called for information on a load, the Broker/Dispatcher was very rude. Telling me I have to have a different company’s name and DOT information on my truck. I told him absolutely not, why would I have someone else company information on my truck? He let out a big sigh and asked for my MC. I told him my MC. I asked a simple question, “was there another company’s information populating with my phone number?” He let out another loud sigh (obviously annoyed) and said with attitude “NO……” I asked him if I was annoying him he sighed and answered “NO….” I just told him to have a good day and hung up. This conduct is very unprofessional and needs to be addressed. As comfortable as this person was being disrespectful and rude, I’m sure it’s safe to assume this is common practice with this individual. I’ll give this business the benefit of doubt that it’s not company practice/policy to treat carriers/customers this way. I wish I remembered the Man’s name I spoke with."
"Do not use this company. My company booked a load with Arpco. Our driver arrived on time, and waited to be loaded for 6 hrs. Consequently, we attempted to retrieve our rightful detention pay. Although we used their specific GPS tracking, we had to jump through hoops to be eligible for the detention. We had to send actually pictures of the GPS screen, etc… after complying with all instructions, Blanca Gonzales ultimately denied our detention pay. We went back and forth and she was just overly rude, aggressive and lacked empathy for small businesses that are rightfully owed compensation. I will never haul for this company again and I urge all business moving forward, especially small businesses to avoid this company as well. Or just ask for an increased rate to account for possible detention pay that they futuristically won’t pay you. Hope this helps."
"Make sure they don't waste your time. We booked a load for Saturday pick. And they told us we are good to go. After 2 hours they told us they need to send somebody today! Not even a call. We had to call them and ask what the issue is. DO NOT USE this broker!"
