"Warning! Read the negative reviews before staying here! I had booked several rooms at this hotel for a wedding present, however the incompetent staff created several incorrect charges on my card triggering a fraud alert. After paying nearly $1.000 for rooms that should have been much less, our wedding guests were turned away and had to stay somewhere else. I was not allowed to talk to a manager, treated rudely when trying to resolve the issue, and no one at this hotel is willing to accept responsibility for the mistakes and rude treatment that occurred. Finally, when we were able to get into one of the rooms we booked, it was dirty and there was food left on the floor from the previous guests. Avoid the nightmare we had, and stay somewhere else!"

"My account was charged $173.08 when I was told that it would be a $50 charge for holding until the room was checked after check out. When I asked front desk why, they just said there was nothing they can do and was very rude. I would not recommend this hotel just because of the fact that they take money out of your account without your permission. Manager stated that sometimes they take $50 a day, but the cost still did not add up! Plus the men on our crew that had a room next to us was not charged but the $50 that was originally stated by the hotel staff."

"Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything looked new and fresh, very clean and modern. The room itself was clean and very spacious. Nice little continental breakfast to start the day. Easy access to the interstate. We would definitely stay again if ever in the area."
