"Not only did they not finish their work. They caused more problems than they are worth. The wells they dug flooded the entire crawl space. (Those were fixed later.) The vapor barrier was not finished. When I filed a complaint, after months of complaining, I was given the materials to finish it myself. I pay for regular treatment service as well but only know a day before the service tech is going to arrive. Since it all had to be redone, I learned how to do it myself. I guess I paid $10k for this lesson from Terminix. Will never use them again."
