"When it came for a delivery. One driver said that we were not home, so he did not have to get his shoes wet. But my second part of the delivery that was a different driver had no problem delivering my order."

"They keep mis-delivering my packages. I have called them numerous times. When my package reaches their belt, a little sticker is placed on the package with the wrong address on it even though the mailing label is correct. The package gets placed on the truck route next to my truck route. Unless someone who has knowledge about this address being wrong routes it to my truck route, it gets delivered to an incorrect address that is not even close to mine address because of the little sticker FedEx ground placed on it. I have had around 40 packages misdelivered in the last year."

"I'm extremely dissatisfied with this location. The delivery team consistently delivers my packages to the wrong address, and there's no way to reach them for a solution. Despite registering for a FedEx management account and providing explicit delivery instructions, they still can't get my address right. One star is too generous for this service."

"Got here after 2000 hours, no security and gates were open! Easy access drop off loaded trailer in the yard straight ahead, pick up empty in lot to the right, then drop off paperwork in receiving office by the fuel pumps. Have restroom inside, Staff helpful. Very laid back facility!"
