"Very arrogant, they'll try to get as much money from the driver as they can. 2018 truck with new apu. 3rd times they've had to work on this unit. Last visit took almost 2 day loss of income. I'm starting to believe this apu is costing me more time and money than it's worth/fuel savings. Update: picked up my truck today after 2 days at the thermo king to repair a leak within the apu system. This brand is no good it continues to fail. I'm going to try another brand. Also they will word your repairs in a way that will allow the warranty to not pay for the repairs, though the unit is less than a year old. I'll be disputing this in court."

"Amazing place! We were there at the most 45 minutes and were fixed and on our way! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable about what was going on with our apu, also fixed a recalled fuse that we didn’t know about! I don’t think we have ever been to a thermo King anywhere that was so thorough and quick! You guys are awesome and deserve recognition! Thanks for the great experience!"

"We had our APU worked on in New Mexico at Thermo King. The Tech there told us it was a simple reset button and checked entire unit out including a complete voltage check from one end to other. Said the only thing it needs is Belts and Oil Change as I had no history on the truck. He said he could do it for $300 but said to get it serviced at the truck center for around $200. I went out on a trip and the control head for the APU had No Power. I had a starter go bad and apparently the mechanic failed to re-attach the power cable for the APU to the battery. I took the truck to Convoy ThermoKing. The mechanic said it also needed belts and asked about oil change my mistake was to assume that it would be about the same price as the other ThermoKing dealer in Nm. I ok'd the belts and oil change and showed up the next day to pick up truck and was given a bill for over $900. One hr $135hr to diagnose the disconnected cable and $800 to do a service and replace the belts. After questioning why $800 for oil change they agreed to ONLY charge $830.. They said is was all the labor to take off the outside panels. I asked if they had to remove those same panels for an oil change and said yes. So why is an oil change $800 TOTAL RIP-OFF. Don't use this place"

"First thing they never tell you what it going to cost or if anything is on warranty. I came in with a APU problem they check it out and found out that the alternator was bad. After talking to the tech that did the work told me that the alternator was under warranty which was great but after receiving a bill for 934.08 and discussing it with my company they did some research about the alternator they are going to give me credit for $315.00 for the alternator which left $619.0 for labor which is outrageous and it took a couple of hours to replace it. I would not recommend this company to anyone. If I would have known that that the labor was that much I would have run my truck since I am a owner operator which would cost less to do. Just to be clear they also replaced a belt."
