"Please, a round of applause everyone. Alan Ritchey Inc is brilliantly scamming their drivers out of pay. I just came across a job posting for them. It's 36 hours every week paying $30 an hour + the typical $5.03 US Mail contracts require (and compensate for) for the 1st 40 hours. But this company found a brilliant way to scam their drivers. Instead of paying weekly, they pay bi-weekly. Meaning you get paid for 72 hours every 2 weeks. But by paying you bi-weekly they can avoid paying the extra $5.03 an hour for 32 hours worth every other week. $5.03 × 32 = $160.96 & $160.96 × 26 = $4,184.96 ($5,231.20 for 40 hours). So over the course of a year this company is pocketing $4,184.96 meant for drivers, PER DRIVER working 36 hours a week."

"This place is horrible!!! No real bosses just a bunch of wanna be postal employees treating people like trash!! They don’t train u at all! I worked one day as a forklift operator and wasn’t showed where anything was or anything! This horrible short dark skinned lady just put me on a forklift and walked off! But had the nerve to tell me I couldn’t wear my earrings. DO NOT WORK HERE!! It’s like rude grown kids with no benefits running a warehouse!"

"This company pays their employees well but I guess that makes up for the way that they treat them ,and the people they have in leadership at this location. Long hours no breaks there is a African-American manager that works on the evening shifts and she tells people they don’t take breaks !! Take care of your employees and maybe they will stay !"

"If i could do zero stars a i would. this is the worst company to work for. Robert and Yoseph are the most horrible managers to work for apart from being racist and not knowing anything of what they are doing. forget about getting days off or your pto paid off. seriously if a company wants to go downhill any quicker they need to keep those two as head of managing the employees. Apart from being raciest, they are horrible boss's, rude and if your not one of there favorites forget being valued as an employee."
