"Recently started using the service found it to be very thoughtful for those of us without a car. However I was spoken to in a very demeaning manner by an employee as a first time user of this service, its only obvious that one has question. Well don't waste your time asking any questions they do not answer them and are incredibly rude about it. However I will be asking her name and make sure her boss knows the way that she is treating paying customers."
