"I don't normally write reviews. When I first started working with R/L I was very undecided about staying with the company. I kind of got use to running linehaul it was not bad once I get the hang of pulling double. I worked out of the Sanger location for about 8 months. Until one morning on my back to the terminal I had a little slight incident. From that day forward I started getting harassed by Eddie the terminal manager and Alex in Safety. After, then everytime I turn around they were calling me in the office about something harassment me. They lied about our conversation we had just to make themselves look good. I like to work comfortably at work not being harassed. I took all I could I to let it go in order to protect my peace. Eddie and Alex will discrimination . Long as I been in this career I have not had harassment on me like the both of them did. Thing they will say we been a driver we never ran over the lines. Lies to make themselves look good. If, it was not from Eddie and Alex I will still be with the company."

"Took out my neighbors line from the telephone pole across the street from their house. Could see the wires draped over the truck’s windshield and it made a crazy loud pop so the driver definitely knew. Then he just booked it on out of Pottsboro. At least stop and leave a note you destroyed something…."

"I am a CDL driver but I do not work there, I can say that the employees are very kind and professional because I have received a delivery from them and I have personally delivered to one of their employees as well, she was very kind friendly person and I’ve considered going to work there too. "If I could give zero stars or even negative, this would be a more accurate review. They literally left $6,000 of leather furniture on my driveway in a rain storm. It gets better, they left the 800 lbs of good blocking my cars in both garages. The boxes read "This end up" and "fragile" which the delivery driver completely ignored. You can see clear as day in my photos. I called the headquarters to try to resolve but they were clearly on the phone with the driver and told him to drive away. This was escalated to a manager who raised his voice at me, mocked my accent and then hung up on me. I wish I was making this up. I had no alternative but to cancel the order directly with the manufacturer since they would not work with me on a remedy. I can only hope this helps get their contract cancelled with thetheatreseatstore.com."
