Christian Hospital: Emergency Room 11133 Dunn Road, St. Louis, MO 63136

"On 10-25-23, my fiance and I went to Christian Northeast Emergency Room, we set in the waiting room for 3 hours, which we both understood it would be a wait, they was full. We finally got called to the around 1am. We get to the back just to wait another 4 hours and never got to see a nurse or a Dr. And to top it off, the lady I finally talked to was rude as hell. Christian Northeast, the night shift is horrible, and I would never go back there again. A big thank you to the waiting room staff, they were very nice to us."

"Been waiting on emergency room after being taken back for 2 hours now. I was the only person in the waiting room when I came in. Was told the doctor just got here and the night doctor is leaving. I guess they have only one emergency room doctor on staff at a time?? Seriously?? At a major hospital in a major US City. One emergency room doctor on staff. Wow. I hope there isn't like an actual, you know emergency."

"I’m highly upset with how this hospital treats people. My friend went here got to a room in a good amount of time but once she was in there the nurse was very rude. We were waiting 3 hours before a doctor or nurse even come and checked on her. Then she was getting discharged and they took 2 hours to print her papers. I would understand if they were super busy but it was absolutely died. Never coming here even if I was dying and only could come to this hospital"

"If you're the type that gets aggravated by long wait times without considering you're at an ER, stay home and don't be rude to the staff here. Yes it takes a little time to get to the back but I feel like that's everywhere. The staff here is so kind and personable, they listened and accommodated to every need of mine. Thank you again! Jake was my nurse and he's the sweetest person I've ever met!"
