"Not a good experience. The charges are outrageous. You have to continue to pay during breaks even when you’re not using them the two weeks for Christmas, the week for thanksgiving, fall break and spring break. They charge you every year a renewal fee then if you cancel they will continue to charge you, they also charge you an extra week after school ends. Them bam another fee for $250. On top of that they will raise your fees during the middle of the year and say it’s ok because it was somewhere in the contract. I used smiley for 3 years because I wasn’t aware there’s a bus service in my area. Which if you’re paying smiley I suggest you call the isd because they can usually fit in a bus stop if you ask for it( I wasn’t aware until recently) smiley is nice until you cancel.. They sent me and email and begged me to stay saying they’re having hard times then I say sorry please cancel my service they stick you with a bunch of hidden fees. When I asked about the fees the operations manager told be there was a mistake on their part and they will get it fixed. I heard nothing back for a few days then cancelled the amount from my bank. 2 days later they I hear back through email threatening to take me to court. A surprise to me. The customer service is lacking and there is a major lack of communication here. I have requested multiple times for a contract so I can review and have not received an answer. This is actually not an attack I just want people to know what they are getting in for when they sign up. I paid over 400 - 500 dollars a month for a couple years. I could afford to buy my kids a car and teach them to drive for less than they are charging."

"DO NOT USE! My kids dismiss at 3 30p daily. The van was arriving at the school after 4 40p consistently. When I called to cancel they pleaded me to stay and promised change. No change! Then when I called to cancel they slapped me with a $250 fee!"

"We had Smiley pick up and drop off our daughter in the Keller area, and they were fantastic! She loved the driver, and we were always updated promptly when she arrived at school and back safely. There was always thorough communication from them at all times. We highly recommend Smiley and am so glad to have their amazing service!!!"

"A parent from my kid school tried to recommend this service for me and my son. Please do not discredit negative reviews especially concerning the owners attitude. You can easily decipher that from her responses she is impolite. Keep in mind positive reviews are typically encouraged for discounts from businesses and some are most likely employees. I did not get good vibes when I called to inquire and definitely received attitude. Ive been a customer service manager for 25 years and never been spoken to so disrespectfully and distasteful. I am going to find a different service but could not in good conscience put my kid on a shuttle where people talk to adults any way they want so imagine how they would treat your child."
