"EZ Pawn might be a place to business easily; however, I experienced something different today. I was there to get a layaway out and I met the manager of store # 10805. She was not very professional and treated me like I was creating a problem. I explained that I put an item on layaway and that I’d like to look at the item before I pay the layaway because I've worked at a pawnshop before and I know that sometimes items get damaged while being put away. So I expressed the fact that the gentleman who sold me the computer I put on layaway said I could look at it again before I took it home. Apparently, this is against company policy and the staff made it very difficult for me to feel comfortable completing my purchase. I was simply buying something here. I wasn't trying to get money from them."
