He got up and left mid-process several times, was also eating while I was being tattooed, and proceeded to tell me to kill a roach that was in the corner for him because he was afraid. You could tell the place hadn't been cleaned due to the random "substances" on each surface, the floors, the walls, and even the ceiling. DO NOT SET FOOT IN THIS PLACE FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY."
