"No integrity, take no responsibility of their actions, and only worried about making money and not taking care of their customers!"
"I've only been banking here about 45 days but everyone has been great so far. I've only dealt with the 82nd Street branch though, I don't know how the other branches are. Alejandra and Danitza are 2 names that I remember off the top of my head as being great to deal with."
"I always use the drive thur for deposit but Ella was rude an gave us a dirty look when leaving she should be retrained or put in the back out of sight and out of mind if you do not have customer service."
"Banking with Peoples has been a really awesome experience! We were with another local bank a year ago, but just didn’t have the same connection with them. At Peoples, everyone knows your name when you walk in and their services including the website and mobile app are super clutch. Highly recommend!"
"My husband and I opened a joint account here almost a year ago. I feel like I have been incredibly patient, and that patience is wearing thin. Anytime I need help with the account I am told my husband has to get involved. To date I have not been issued a debit card (and was not offered one before today, when I mentioned how ridiculous that was), was told I am not authorized to set up online banking, and today I have been told that I am not authorized to reset the password without getting my husband to do it. However, my husband is always told that yes, I have the exact same accessibility that he does. Obviously I don't, and after speaking with him we have decided to go somewhere else."
