"All the other times I have received great service but this time was not the Case . What is the point of being open on Saturday if your not going to be able to help a customer with a loan (Returning) customer as soon as I walked in was told banks are closed Today. Not all are some are open till 1pm and did let her know that I usually do mobile deposit anyway . Said since she is new she would have to email manager and I would maybe be till Monday if I received back asked if she could just call her said no . Let her that I was no longer interested in booking loan or in this case waiting for a response since she can not book loan because she is new . Why be open on Saturday why be by yourself then if you can Not help a customer in getting a loan that day we ask for it that day not 3 days later ."
