"Mattress and mattress protectors both stained heavily with urine. Hair from previous guests all over sheets and trash under mattress other guests had left. There are plug-ins throughout the hotel, including in the rooms to cover a weird smell... Although the scent in the plug-ins was not pleasant either. The floors in the bathrooms and bedrooms were very dirty. We booked for the hot tub. It was broken down and extremely dirty...it had obviously been that way for a while. The small kids pool was extremely cold. The pool room was cold. The larger pool was comfortable compared to everything else. The pool towels provided were slightly larger than a dish towel. In addition to the hot tub we booked for the game room and continental breakfast. There is no game room. It's a locked door that says game room, and there is nothing in it. The breakfast was horrible. I didn't expect a gourmet breakfast, but the only thing that was edible was the bananas. The coffee was so bad. You could tell something was dirty. I wouldn't recommend booking."

"All the staff there is especially nice and helpful. Especially Alex! The rooms are very neat and clean. They also offer a nice breakfast. We're very satisfied and have stayed here multiple times."

"Terrible customer service. Unfriendly. I left the morning of checkout and told them I would be back and left a do not disturb sign . They came in and cleaned the room and threw everything in the fridge out. They didn't apologize. The front desk boy just said they have to make sure that they get everything cleaned before check-in time. There were only 3 cars in the parking lot in the morning. Easy to get to though. Breakfast is pretty lackluster."

"Our family of three stayed at this hotel for one night only and were very impressed how clean and lovely it was. We came with our two miniature schnauzers and they were very welcome. Manager Alex provided an excellent service and made sure we’re as comfortable as possible. We’ll definitely come back when visiting the area next time. Thank you!"

"The staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly. The room was clean and breakfast was good for a quick weekend stay. We had car troubles and they helped us by letting us use a room at a discounted rate until our car was fixed. Highly recommend."
