"Nosey old people, loud(don’t know the meaning of privacy), rude and terrible customer service. Other employees listening to private conversations and asking questions from the other side of the bank. When asking questions, condescending attitudes as if customers know their policies."

"Rude, ridiculous policies and extremely slow. Horrific is a word that comes to mind. Small town banks only succeed when you actually promote having customers."

"Tried to do the right thing and bring my small business to them, but was practically ran out the door at the first sound of me asking to open a business account without having the papers in paper. I had everything on a google drive to send her but had no printer and she said too bad. Not helping pretty much. I guess big banks win again..."

"I've had money withdrawn from my account before and given it to a stranger. Prosperity didn't even mention it too me. I've been with the bank for years now and I still get nickled and dimed with these guys. They have charged me overdraft fees when I'm not overdraft, and charged on top of those overdraft fees. Then when I have it fixed it will take almost a week and half to see the money back in my account. That's only if you catch it. I'm so disappointed that longevity with this bank offers no kind of perks to its loyal customers. Will be closing my account very soon!"
